The date of the drawing for the “Big Gun Raffle” is quickly approaching, less than 2 weeks away. In order to make this one and only fundraising event a success we need cooperation from everyone. We will be having a Hand In on Tuesday March 12th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM and Wednesday March 13th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM in VFW1. On Thursday March 14th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM turn-in will be in VFW2. We need everyone to return ALL of their tickets and money to us at one of these hand-ins. Remember each BHB member is required to sell one mandatory book so if you are holding only one book you must turn in the sold tickets stubs along with the money for them. If you are holding any extra books, you need to make a serious effort to get them sold as we have given you several opportunities to get them back to us so we could get them in the hands of those that can get them sold. If you feel you will not be able to sell any extra tickets you have please contact one of the committee members below ASAP so we can make arrangements to get them from you and get them in the hands of those needing tickets. Our Goal is to make this a complete sellout !!
Your cooperation in getting us the tickets and money will be greatly appreciated. Please do not make us have to track you down, it will be easier for both of us.
