We deeply appreciate each and every official—our program simply couldn't run without you. To officially become a BHB Official, please complete the 2024-2025 BHB Officials Registration and fulfill all USA Hockey requirements listed under the USA Hockey Requirements Tab.

USA Hockey Officiating Program Registration Steps (usahockey.com)
There are a number of changes for the current season.
Officials Registration will close for the 2024-25 USA Hockey Season on October 31, 2024. There will be registrations allowed after that date. This is a major change from past seasons.
All registration requirements for the current season must be completed by November 30th for Certified Returning Officials. New officials may not officiate until they have completed all requirements for this season.
There is no Open Book Test at any level for the 2024-25 season. This is a one-year break from the Open Book Test as it will return for the 2025-26 season.
There are no Online Modules (training videos) to complete for the 2024-25 season. Officials will view the modules during their seminar.
Every official must attend a USA Hockey Officiating Seminar. Beginning this season, all seminars are done virtually.
Your official's profile has updated information regarding Background Checks and Safesport. If you are required to take either of these items, it will show on your profile page. These items can be accessed on your profile page as well.
