BHB Toys for Tots Toy Drive: Let's Spread the Holiday Cheer!
As we approach the holiday season, we have a wonderful opportunity to once again spread joy and make a positive impact in our community. We are thrilled to announce the BHB Toys for Tots Toy Drive, and we’re inviting all our hockey families and teams to participate in this meaningful initiative.
Team Bonding with a Purpose
While we welcome individual contributions, we would love to turn this into a memorable team experience. To make it special, we’re encouraging each team to organize a team shopping trip to purchase toys for the Toy Drive. This collaborative effort will not only strengthen the bonds within your team but also spread the joy of giving back to those in need.
Note: Given the timing, Squirt teams may want to wait until the Squirt/10U Travel Teams have been finalized before organizing their shopping trips.
How to Participate:
- Coordinate with your teammates to schedule a team shopping day.
- Head to a local toy store as a team and pick out toys for children of all ages.
- Capture the moment by taking a team photo during your shopping excursion.
- Please email the photo to operationscoordinator@bismarckhockey.com or text it to 605-675-9681.
- Drop off your collected toys at our designated location at the Capital Ice Complex.
To add a bit of friendly competition, each team that donates to the Toy Drive will be entered into a drawing for a Team Pizza Party! This is a fun way to celebrate your team’s generosity with a pizza night for everyone.
Let’s come together, both on and off the ice, to make a positive difference in the lives of children this holiday season. Your participation will bring smiles to many families, and we’re confident that our collective efforts can truly make an impact.
