We’d like to inform you that during our most recent board meeting, a decision was made to adjust the frequency of our regular board meetings.

Per our bylaws (Article VII – Board of Directors, Section 8), board meetings are required to be held a minimum of six times per year, with additional meetings called as needed by the Board President, someone acting in that role, or any three board members.

The Board has voted to move away from monthly meetings and will now meet on the following schedule: September, November, January, March, May, and June — on the second Tuesday of the month at The Pier Bar & Grill beginning at 5:30pm.

Please note: On occasion, a meeting's date, time, or location may need to change. Should that occur, we will send an email notice to our membership in advance.
