Limited DIBS hours for the Mini Mites, Termites & Mites/8U Fall Faceoff this Saturday, November 15th, are available under “Termite/Mite/Mini Mite Fall Faceoff.” Please note that these are 5-hour shifts, which will count as 5 hours toward your DIBS requirement if you sign up.

While we do send out notices when DIBS hours become available for certain events, there are times when slots fill immediately, even before we can send a notice. It never hurts to check regularly to see if additional hours have been added for concessions, tournaments, or other events.

Volunteer Policy:
Each family, regardless of player level or the number of registered skaters, is required to complete 12 volunteer hours during the season. All hours must be completed by April 15th. Please note that DIBS hour completion is an all-or-nothing policy—partial credit or proration for reimbursement is not available. If your required hours are not fulfilled, your account will be billed on May 1st.

Exemption: Families with a Mini-Mite player only and no other players in the program are exempt from the volunteer requirement.

DIBS TRACKING:
You can use the link below to check the status of your DIBS hours at any point throughout the year. At this time, no DIBS hours have been recorded, but you should be able to check back soon for updates if you have already completed DIBS hours.

Important: If you have multiple players and they are not listed together, please email dibs@bismarckhockey.com. This will help avoid any confusion at the end of the season.
