Helpful Hints:
Many times, DIBS hours fill very quickly—especially earlier in the season.
- Click www.bismarckhockey.com/dib_sessions
- Please be sure the dates you’re filtering align with the tournament dates—this ensures any open hours will appear properly.
- Click on the “Status” tab twice to populate any unclaimed hours. If no unclaimed hours appear, it means all slots have already been filled.
Volunteer Policy:
Each family, regardless of player level or the number of registered skaters, is required to complete 12 volunteer hours during the season. All hours must be completed by April 15th. Please note that DIBS hour completion is an all-or-nothing policy—partial credit or proration for reimbursement is not available. If your required hours are not fulfilled, your account will be billed on May 1st.
Exemption: Families with a Mini-Mite player only and no other players in the program are exempt from the volunteer requirement.

You can use the link below to check the status of your DIBS hours at any point throughout the year. At this time, no DIBS hours have been recorded, but you should be able to check back soon for updates if you have already completed DIBS hours.

Important: If you have multiple players and they are not listed together, please email dibs@bismarckhockey.com. This will help avoid any confusion at the end of the season.
