The Bismarck Blizzard Girls Hockey Team is partnering with Community Action Program to help make sure kids in our  neighborhood have food, especially during the upcoming holiday season.  There are over 1,060 kids throughout the communities of Bismarck, Mandan and Lincoln who are identified as homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.  These kids range in age from pre‐Kindergarten through HS, and they rely on programs, like Backpacks for Kids, for food during the weekends and school breaks.

Please bring your Food Drive donation (see list below) to a collection location; your office, your school, or your church.  Contact your favorite Blizzard player or the Blizzard Boosters to arrange for pickup of your donation by December 21st.  Or bring your donation to the VFW Arena December 21st, when the Blizzard will be hosting the Moorhead Spuds for their last home game of 2017.
