Please click here to view the Mites Team Announcements.
You will notice we have four tiers in Mites. Depending on your players tier, players will be M1, M2, M3 or M4 followed by the color of their team (i.e., Mite 1 Red would be M1R or Mite 4 Gray would be M4G). Please note - this color does not correspond to the color of their jersey, as all mites wear Navy/White reversible jerseys.
Coaches are also listed for the teams. Every team should have two coaches. If you were planning to coach or are interested in coaching and are not listed, please let us know.
Team website pages have been released and this is where you will find your team's schedule. Please note Mites games will be loaded in the near future. Make sure you tag the corresponding team on the calendar to see the upcoming calendar. Please remember that dryland schedules are included with the practice schedules and dryland is a mandatory practice. We release the practice/games schedule a month at a time as calendars can change very quickly so, please make sure you check back frequently for updates. Practices & Dryland start the week of November 4th.
You should also tentatively mark down February 28th-March 2nd as the BHB Termites/Mites End of Year Jamboree, which is also on the calendar.
All players must complete the Trench Training Form prior to participating in dryland at Trench Training.

Note: Please disregard the program dates listed within the form, as they do not affect your ability to participate.

As we gear up for another exciting hockey season, we wanted to share some important information regarding our communication methods so you can stay up to date on everything happening within the association.
Email Communication:
All emails will be sent to the address associated with your SportsEngine account at the time of registration. If you added additional emails during registration, please note that those addresses will not receive updates.
To ensure you’re receiving all communication, you can update your SportsEngine account email and add a secondary email address by following the instructions below. Please note that registrations done outside of SportsEngine (e.g., 10K Puck Challenge, Preseason, Postseason) will receive communication to the email used at the time of registration.
How to Change My Sign In/Primary Email Address | SportsEngine HQ
How to Add a Secondary Email Address | SportsEngine HQ
If you’d like another parent or guardian to receive email updates, you must add them to your SportsEngine account.
How to Add Guardians | SportsEngine HQ
SportsEngine also has a great Help Center with guides on downloading their app, following your player's team schedule, and managing the roster. Please note that we are unable to make changes or updates to your SportsEngine account, so it’s your responsibility to manage these settings to ensure you receive communication from us.
If you're unable to add a guardian or have issues with your account, you'll need to contact SportsEngine directly.
Stay Connected:
We also encourage you to follow us on Facebook (Bismarck Hockey Boosters) for timely updates, announcements, and important information throughout the season.
A Friendly Reminder:
We understand that email communication can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we kindly ask that you take a moment to read through them when they arrive. Occasionally, we hear that important information was missed, and it's often because an email went unread. We do our best to only send out emails with essential updates, so we truly appreciate your attention to help keep everyone informed.
Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to an amazing season ahead!
BHB is excited to share with you the details of our upcoming youth hockey evaluation process for the Mite/8U Level. These evaluations are a crucial step in forming our youth teams and providing young athletes with the opportunity to develop their skills, build lasting friendships, and foster a love for the game.
Below, you will find essential information about the evaluation process:
Group Assignments:
Important Items:
GOALIES NEEDED
If your child is interested in playing goalie with their assigned group during the small area games on Tuesday, we ask that you reach out to operationscoordinator@bismarckhockey.com. Goalies will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Players signed up as goalies can then also skate with a different group if they wish.
COACHES NEEDED
Any coaches willing to assist with Mite/8U Evaluations, please click here to sign-up. Anyone on-ice is required to complete Safesport training and a background check, along with registering with USA Hockey and Bismarck Hockey Boosters.
We are excited to witness the talent and enthusiasm of our young players during these evaluations. Our goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment for youth hockey development, and we look forward to welcoming new and returning players to our program.
If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to hockeydirector@bismarckhockey.com and/or assistanthockeydirector@bismarckhockey.com.
