BHB Is Looking for Level Coordinators

Do you want to play a pivotal role in keeping BHB Hockey in motion and ensure the best experience for the kids who play the game? 

BHB is looking for Level Coordinators who.....

• Contribute to the oversight and development of all kids within termites, mites, squirts and girls' levels both on and off the ice.
• Provide leadership and serve as ground level support for coaches, managers and parents. 
• Is a Strong ambassador for the BHB program and the overall goals of the Association.

There shall be two (2) Level Coordinators for Termites, two (2) Level Coordinators for Mites, and one (1) Level Coordinator for Squirts/10U. We are also excited to announce that we have also added one (1) Level Coordinator for Girls.

Level Coordinator Responsibilities

Level Coordinators are responsible for coordinating coaches for practices and games, communicating practice plans and philosophies to coaches, being present at practices and games, and fielding questions from coaches and/or parents.  The Level Coordinators would be in direct communication with the Hockey Director and the Assistant Hockey Director continuously throughout the season and report any concerns to the Hockey Director as needed. 

• Did you know that acting as a level coordinator qualifies you to be paid under our coaches' schedule with pay equivalent up to the Bantam Level?
• Did you know level coordinators who commit and serve the entire 23-24 season will have an opportunity to have their DIBS waived?
• Did you know level coordinators who commit and serve the entire 23-24 season will have an opportunity to have up to one (1) registration fee Reimbursed?
