Hockey registration for the regular season will open today Tuesday, June 20th at 5pm for the 2023-2024 season!

Registration was done a bit differently this year, in which all board members, coaches, referees, locker room monitors, and team managers will also register alongside our players.

Before registering, please review this important information, as there are some changes that have taken place and we want to make sure everyone understands what they agree to when they register for the season. 

We ask that you view the BHB Club Communication Release as this will include information regarding the season, dates, and contact information that you will not find below. There are several links within this document with additional information so please make note of that.

SportsEngine Information

SportsEngine has made some changes in the back office, and we have had to make some changes in how we set-up our registration. There are still some glitches, specifically when using a discount code, so if you run into any issues, please email us right away at the executivedirector@bismarckhockey.com and/or operationscoordinator@bismarckhockey.com.

Policies

The BHB Handbook has been updated, along with all policies.  We ask that all members review this handbook, as there are important updates to policies and how each level is structured.  Upon registering, you are agreeing that you have read all information contained in the Handbook and you agree to all policies.  You can find this and other policies here.

By registering for the season, you agree that you have read, you understand, and you agree to all policies and requirements put into place by BHB, NDAHA, and USA Hockey.

Registration

You must register EACH YEAR through USA Hockey before registering with BHB.

Please make sure you enter your child's information correctly, as it is difficult to change once it is time to roster kids.

Please register all siblings together under one registration.  This makes it easier to track families across all levels.

Discounts

Early Bird Discounts will automatically be applied if you register prior to August 1.  After August 1, the discount is no longer valid, and the fees increase by $400 for 10U/Squirts and up.

If you are expecting to receive a discount outside of the Early Bird Discount for the upcoming hockey season, please email the Executive Director at executivedirector@bismarckhockey.com PRIOR to registering to receive your discount code.  You will need to include your child's level of play and how many children you are registering at one time. Refunds will not be provided after the fact.

DIBS

The DIBS payment is set-up differently this year, and you will not pay anything upfront unless you choose to pay the $500 buyout. Invoices will be sent to those families who do not complete their DIBS requirements on or around April 15, 2024. You will be required to pay the invoice prior to May 1, 2024 or you will be assessed a $50.00 late fee and your player will not be able to attend any BHB activities or events until all fees are paid in full.  It is your responsibility to review this policy and understand what is required of you.

Coaches

Coaches MUST be certified and registered prior to December 31 in order to receive their DIBS credit and/or be compensated.  No exceptions!

Volunteers

Moving Up

If your child is moving up a level due to continuing to play with his/her grade level in school, please contact the Executive Director at executivedirector@bismarckhockey.com to confirm.  If any members falsely provide information to BHB pertaining to their child's registration information, there will be disciplinary action taken.
