If you are interested in being an official this year, please make sure you take the time to read through the information below. Whether you are a brand-new Level 1 Official or a returning veteran, you must complete all steps of officiating membership registration each season to be eligible to work in USA Hockey sanctioned games.

To completely register with USA Hockey as an official you need to complete five steps each year and ALL Bismarck Hockey Officials must complete the 2023-2024 BHB Regular Season Registration.

NOTE: Level 1 officials will all have to attend Level 1 local seminar on September 17th, 2023 from 11am - 5pm at Capital Ice Complex. Level 2 / 3 / 4 officials will attend online. 

Bismarck Hockey Officiating Membership Steps
1. Complete the 2023-2024 BHB Regular Season Registration
2. In order to receive payment from Bismarck Hockey Boosters, you MUST complete the Referee Registration and complete a W-9 and the Direct Deposit forms unless you have been a paid referee in the past for Bismarck Hockey, then we have your W9 and Direct Deposit Authorization on file and will not need any additional paperwork from you.
