Level 1 Local Official Seminar Update

Important Update for all Officials that are registered or plan on attending the upcoming Level 1 Local Official Seminar in Bismarck on September 17th.

The NPHL is hosting games at the location of the seminar which is affecting the ice time session. To accommodate for this change, the seminar will be starting at 1:00 PM Central time.
