BHB Coaches & Team Manager Meeting 10.25.23
This is a friendly reminder that there is a meeting for team managers and coaches at all levels, Wednesday, October 25th at Capital Ice Complex from 5:30-7pm for Coaches and 6:15-7:30pm for Team Managers. Your presence and active participation are highly valued, as we will be discussing important matters pertaining to the upcoming season.
Please make every effort to attend the meeting as your input and insights are crucial for the smooth functioning of our teams, and your active involvement will contribute significantly to the success of our upcoming season.
COACHES
- BHB Coaches Meeting will take place Wednesday, October 25th from 5:30-7:00pm at CIC.
- All coaches are encouraged to attend this meeting to prepare for the upcoming season.
- Coaches must complete all requirements listed on the coaches page, including registering as a coach with BHB thru the 2023-2024 BHB Regular Season Registration and completing all employment documentation requirements, prior to helping with any on-ice activities or in any other capacity within BHB. All requirements must be completed prior to December 31 in order to be paid, to be rostered and to receive DIBS credit. The requirements are listed at www.bismarckhockey.com/coaches.
- Any full-time rostered coach who has a USA Hockey registration number, Coaches CEP, and has completed SafeSport, a background check and the module requirements at their level will receive twelve (12) hours of DIBS credit, so long as the certified coach is present at 80% of all games and practices.

TEAM MANAGERS
The Team Managers gather necessary information from the Executive Director regarding the season and relay this information to their teams. Team Managers are responsible for keeping their teams’ website up to date with game scores and submitting home games for league play to NDAHA.
- A BHB Team Managers Meeting is scheduled for October 25th, 2023 from 6:15-7:30pm at CIC.
- All team managers are encouraged to attend this meeting to prepare for the upcoming season.
- All team managers will be required to register with BHB thru the 2023-2024 BHB Regular Season Registration and complete their background check and SafeSport Training prior to December 31 of the current year or you will not receive your twelve (12) hours of credit.
