BHB Communication Channels

Now that the season is in full force and teams have been announced, BHB would like to share various channels through which BHB communicates important updates and information to our members. It is essential for us to ensure that you are well-informed and have easy access to all relevant news and announcements.

Here are the key communication avenues we currently utilize:

  1. Email Updates: We regularly send out important announcements, event details, and other pertinent information directly to your email. Please make note that all email communication goes to the SportsEngine Account Email used at the time of registration. This means, that you may have to add a guardian to your SportsEngine Account so they have access to Team Pages.  We highly encourage you check out www.bismarckhockey.com/sportsengine where you will find a lot of valuable information regarding adding an additional guardian, following a team, enabling text messaging, and just how to use the SportsEngine platform as a player or parent.

  2. Website Announcements: Our official website www.bismarckhockey.com is a central hub for all association-related information. You can find the latest news, event schedules, and any other relevant updates on our website's association section. Regularly checking our website will keep you informed about upcoming events and changes within the association.

  3. Social Media Platforms: We actively maintain a presence on Facebook (www.facebook.com/bismarckhockeyboosters). Our social media channel is used to share real-time updates, photos, and engaging content related to our association's activities and events. Make sure to follow us on these platforms to stay connected and engaged with the community.

  4. Direct Communication with Coaches and Team Managers: Your respective coaches and team managers serve as direct points of contact for any team-specific information. They are responsible for relaying important updates, practice schedules, and other relevant details to the team members.

We are committed to maintaining transparent and effective communication with all our members, and we encourage you to utilize these communication channels to stay informed and engaged with the association.
