Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 23rd, for our Annual Spring Meltdown event.

We're reaching out to you, our valued members, to ask for your support in making the Spring Meltdown Silent Auction a success.

We kindly invite you, as an individual or business, to be a part of our mission in offering a high-quality hockey program to the youth in our community in the form of a donation for our silent auction. Donations can be made by in-kind gifts or financial contributions. All donations will be recognized in our online silent auction platform and on social media, along with donations being tax-deductible and noted as a donation by your or your business/organization. The money raised by this silent auction helps to offset the costs incurred by our club during the hockey season, such as ice rental, uniform costs, coaches’ payroll, tournament fees, and so much more.

If you or someone you know would like to contribute to our silent auction by donating items or services, we would be incredibly grateful. Whether it's a gift basket, sports memorabilia, gift certificates to local restaurants or shops, or any other item of value, every donation makes a difference and helps us continue to provide exceptional experiences for our hockey community.

Team Participation

We highly encourage teams to participate by contributing to the silent auction to not only help raise funds for our organization but also add to the excitement and variety of items available for bidding.

There are many different ways teams can participate and donate items:

• Creating a theme gift basket;
• Donating money;
• Finding a business to donate an item on behalf of your team.

Teams that participate and provide items before March 3rd will be entered into a drawing for an exciting pizza party at the end of their player/parent game.
