Proposed Bylaw Updates and April Board Meeting
In an effort to always be adapting and becoming a stronger hockey club, Bismarck Hockey Boosters is proposing amendments to the Bylaws as part of a response to recent comments and suggestions from members and through further discussions of the Board of Directors. A copy of the proposals can be found attached to this email and also on our website here (you will need to download a copy in order to see the edits).
Members have 30 days to submit comments to the proposals by emailing president@bismarckhockey.com and the Board of Directors will take these comments under consideration when deciding on the adoption of the amendments.
Additionally, the April meeting will now be held on April 23. If the proposed bylaw amendments are approved and adopted, the elections will then take place in May, in accordance with the proposed amendments. More information to come following the April 23 meeting.
